Thank you for shopping with Peptogenix. Please read our Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


 

No Returns Accepted

Due to the research nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances once an order has been shipped.
All sales are final after dispatch.


 

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

Missing Parcels

If your order is confirmed as lost or missing by the shipping carrier, we will offer either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement shipment

The resolution method will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

  • If the cancellation request is received before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation and refunds are no longer possible.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the outer and inner packaging

We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund, where appropriate.


 

Fraudulent Claims

Peptogenix reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements if we believe a claim is fraudulent or misleading.
All claims are reviewed thoroughly, and we may request additional information or documentation before processing.
